Shipping Area

At this stage, ROOTWAY primarily ships to customers within the United States.

We may expand shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other regions in the future.


Shipping Rates

United States Shipping:

Orders over $49: Free shipping
Orders under $49: Flat shipping rate of $5.99


Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Estimated Delivery Time

ROOTWAY orders are fulfilled from our California warehouse.

Estimated delivery times:

California: 1–3 business days
West Coast: 2–5 business days
Central US: 3–6 business days
East Coast: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support.rootway@gmail.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first. Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, transportation issues, or other unexpected events.

If your package appears lost or has not updated for several days, please contact us at support.rootway@gmail.com and we will help review the issue.


Shipping Restrictions

Customers are responsible for making sure any item purchased from ROOTWAY can be legally purchased, owned, shipped, and carried in their location.
